I came across a post, or an archive of, to be frank, that I wrote in 2008, talking about "an upcoming project named Google Chrome". I was fascinated – "Google Chrome is an open-source browser from Google, which is supposed to render the present Web 2.0 pages, in short applications, best and fastest. The whole concept is based on 'the same isolation you find in modern operating systems.'" The only thing that existed then was a comic explaining the state of browsers and why a new one was needed....
